Unfortunately, we have not had much flying this spring but our cost outlays continue. We have to bring the Friends of the Field Appeal to your attention. The Friends of the Field Appeal plays an important part in our financing. It provides money for the upkeep of the field and offsets the ongoing reduction in membership. Without the donations, we would be unable to continue the weed control program and other improvements that contribute significantly to the overall appearance of our flying site. We encourage all those who enjoy flying at the field to contribute to the fund. All donations should be sent directly to the Treasurer Dave Stacer. If you have already contributed we thank you for your donation.
Wednesday is mowing day. Check the mowing schedule so that you won't be disappointed when you get to the field.
Mowing Team members, important safety precautions and your schedule is here.
